We offer standard broom finishes for a clean, classic look, plus decorative options including stamped borders, exposed aggregate, and colored concrete. Every walkway is sloped for drainage, tooled with control joints, and finished with a slip-resistant surface that performs in North Texas rain and shine.

From a simple front walk to a full front-entry makeover with steps, landing, and porch deck, we manage the entire scope — including demo of existing concrete, grading, forming, pour, and finish. ADA-compliant slopes and transitions are available for accessibility needs.

## Process

1. **Walk-Through & Layout** — Walk the site, discuss routing and finish options, lay out path and grades for drainage.
2. **Demo & Excavation** — Demolish and haul off existing concrete; excavate and compact sub-base to grade.
3. **Form, Pour & Finish** — Forms set, concrete poured and screeded; chosen finish applied — broom, stamped border, or aggregate.
4. **Seal & Hand-Off** — Sealer applied if selected, site cleaned, final walk-through confirms satisfaction.

- **4000-PSI Concrete Mix** — High-strength blend for Texas freeze-thaw cycles and foot traffic.
- **#3 Rebar or Wire Mesh Reinforcement** — #3 rebar at 24" O.C. or wire mesh for lighter-duty paths.
- **Crushed Limestone Sub-Base** — 4 inches at 95% Proctor density, isolating walkway from expansive clay.
- **Decorative Stamped Borders & Bands** — Optional accent borders in brick, slate, cobblestone patterns.
- **Exposed Aggregate Surface** — Top layer washed to reveal decorative stones for slip resistance and premium look.
- **Acrylic Sealer** — Protective sealer with non-slip additive for wet-condition safety.
